Shipping Policy

Note: All shipping fees noted below are per order.

All standard ship orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail at $5.00 including shipping and handling per order usually within 24 hours of your order or the next business day with some exceptions. This may take as much as 5 business days to the East Coast. "RUSH" Orders are available via US Postal Express Mail service at a cost of $15.00 including shipping and handling. US Postal Express delivery may not be available as "Next Day" service due to US Postal restrictions to some "ship to" addresses. If we receive an order after 12:00 noon PST, US Postal Express Mail orders may not ship until the following business day. In some cases we may contact you concerning an order that will not ship the next business day due to back order inventory. U.S. Postal Priority Mail Delivery may take 2 - 7 days depending on destination, weather and or holiday rush mailings. In the event of a back-order or a necktie that is sold out we will contact you concerning shipping.

No guarantee of shipping delivery date is provided unless you email or call us (815-564-7019) for availability and confirmation regarding your needs. US Postal service Express Mail is not guaranteed as next day service. Please email or call us at the time of your order for availability and confirmation. Federal Express service may be an option for next day service. US Postal Service Express Rush orders may not arrive on the next day depending on US Postal restrictions. For birthdays or holiday gift-giving, we recommend this shipping method. IF your order does not arrive, we will replace the ties after 20 days unless Express Service or Federal Express service was arranged; in that case immediate re-shipping will be offered. In addition, a trace will be initiated on the undelivered shipment as soon as you noify us of your undelivered order.

Refunds/Exchanges

No refund or exchange is available on orders.

Canadian Orders

All orders to Canada will be shipped at $15.00 USD including shipping and handling. Taxes and or duties can not be estimated and will be the sole responsibility of the customer or the person receiving the order.

Orders to Other Foreign Countries

Foreign orders will be shipped US Postal Service Express Mail at $23.00 USD total (this includes shipping and handling ). Taxes and/or duties can not be estimated and will be the sole responsibility of the customer or the person receiving the order.

Foreign orders may not ship the next day or within 24 hours on the next business day as we must confirm your shipping address with credit card banks.
